Dosage protocols
Starter
250 mcg is a common starting dose. For a local injury, inject subcutaneously near the site; for gut or systemic healing, use abdominal subcutaneous injection or the oral route.
Standard
500 mcg once or twice daily is the common maintenance dose. Frequently stacked with TB-500 for synergistic healing.

From vial to injection
- Sanitize Wipe the BPC-157 vial stopper and the bacteriostatic-water stopper with fresh alcohol swabs and let them dry.
- Draw the diluent Draw 2 mL of bacteriostatic water into a reconstitution syringe.
- Add water slowly Angle the needle so the water runs down the inside wall of the vial rather than onto the powder.
- Swirl, don't shake Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Never shake.
- Draw your dose With a U-100 insulin syringe, draw to your tier's unit mark (10 units = 250 mcg, 20 units = 500 mcg).
- Inject near the target For local repair, inject subcutaneously near the injury; for gut/systemic use, inject into the abdomen or dose orally. Store reconstituted vial at 2–8 °C, use within 28 days.
