Content-gap logging
When the assistant cannot find relevant content to answer a question, the standardized question text is logged anonymously — without IP address, session identifier, or any user metadata — to a private operator log used to identify content gaps and prioritize new articles. The text is automatically redacted to remove first-person personal context (e.g., "I have…", "my doctor…") before storage.
