5-Amino-1MQ
5-Amino-1MQ is a small molecule NNMT inhibitor that preserves and boosts NAD+ levels, leading to more efficient mitochondrial energy production and fat oxidation. It targets metabolic sluggishness at the enzymatic level, making the body burn more calories at rest. Inhibits NNMT (nicotinamide N-methyltransferase), an enzyme often overactive in people with obesity, metabolic disorders, or aging-related fatigue. When NNMT is overactive it drains NAD+ building blocks.
